I run a successful, profitable agency with a strong team, clear structure, and customers who stay for decades. I help businesses grow and scale in the age of AI.
I also have a passion for travel, and believe that we learn more about ourselves when we learn more about the world.
I am the owner of a WordPress development agency in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which I started in 2005.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve built and scaled the business through hiring, restructuring, and refining operations. Today, the company runs with a strong team, clear accountability, and systems that support growth without requiring constant oversight.
My role is focused on direction, leadership, and performance. I run Iceberg on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which is a template for business operations and growth, as outlined by Gino Wickman in his book, Traction.
I’ve also served on multiple boards, including the Montessori Renaissance Academy and the Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce, contributing to leadership, governance, and long-term planning.

Many small business owners spend time planning and strategizing, but nothing moves forward because the plan stalls when it gets time to execute.
In a world moving faster with AI, execution matters more than ever. The businesses growing right now are the ones that can move, adjust, and keep going. I work with a small number of business owners who already have traction and need to build something that actually runs.
If that’s where you are, let’s talk.
I speak on business and management topics at local networking events and conferences across the United States. I’ve covered topics ranging from business basics and growing a business, to project management, branding, marketing, EOS/Traction, and team building. My most recent talks have centered on AI execution and systems.
