We’re hiring a Summer Yard Crew Member for weekly outdoor work. This is a real, paid role with flexible hours and the chance to earn consistent money all summer.

- $15–$20/hour, depending on effort and reliability
- Weekly pay
- Bonus available for completing the full summer consistently

⏱ Schedule
- Minimum of 3 hours per week
- Maximum of 10 hours per week, with additional time allowed upon approval of your manager
- You can choose your hours
🛠What You’ll Do
This is hands-on, real work—not “fake chores”:
- Pull weeds from rock areas (garden + pool)
- Weed wood-chipped areas
- Help clear out overgrowth between houses (yes, with the cool tree clippers)
- Spread wood chips (when delivered)
- Weed front gardens + vegetable garden
- Water flowers, vegetables, plants, and trees across the property

- Shows up when they say they will
- Works without constant reminders
- Actually finishes the job (not “good enough”)
- Notices things that need attention
No experience needed—just effort and reliability.
